A dark room with a lit candle in the middle of a table. "Every single slave has failed in taking down the Celestial Warriors," One man said. "It’s time we go and handle them ourselves." All the members get up, and leave except the leader. "Remember," The man said. "Failure will not be acceptable." The city is covered in darkness, and Kyle is facing a man in a full body hooded robe. Kyle's arm starts glowing red. "My mark," Kyle said. "So your one of them." The man’s arm has a black glow to it. He reveals his arm that has a stone on it. A dark mist starts to surround them. "This must be a shadow duel," Kyle said. "Who are you?" "Where are my manners," The man said. He pulls his hood off revealing a man with white skin, and red hair. "My name is Klein," Klein said. "And this is where I'll defeat you." Klein equips his black duel disk, and inserts his deck. Kyle takes out his deck, and puts it in his galactic duel disk. His duel disk is black with white dots, and blue lines like the design on his XYZ monsters. "Duel," Both players said drawing five cards. "I'll start by playing the field spell, Canyon," Klein said. Klein places the card in a slot that popped out of the end of the duel disk. Canyons rise leaving Klein and Kyle in a circular area. "I'll set down a monster," Klein said. "Next I’ll set two cards face down, and that'll end my turn." Three set cards appear on Klein's side of the field. "My turn, draw," Kyle said. "I'll summon one of my best monsters, Gagaga Magician." A man wearing a navy blue robe wearing black pants, and a navy blue magician hat with brown shoulder pads, and a chain surrounding him appears with 1500 attack points. "Now he'll attack your set card," Kyle said. Gagaga Magician attacks Klein's face down. The card flips up revealing a giant soldier made of stone. Giant Soldier of Stone has 2000 defense points. "Ah," Kyle cried. Kyle's LP drops from 4000 to 3000. "Why did I lose 1000 points instead of 500," Kyle asked. "That's what Canyon does," Klein said. "Whenever a monster with higher defense than the attacking monster my opponent takes double the battle damage. Gagaga Magician has 500 less attack than my Giant Soldier of Stone. You'd take 500, but thanks to Canyon, it made you take 1000 instead." "Then I'll activate my spell Gagaga Bolt," Kyle said. "This card can only be activated while I control a face-up Gagaga monster. It lets me destroy a card on your field, and I'll destroy Canyon." Lightning appears in Gagaga Magician’s hand and he shoots it at Klein's duel disk destroying Canyon. The field returns to a normal sidewalk through a park. "I'll set two cards," Kyle said. "That'll end my turn." Kyle hears an explosion. "What was that," Kyle said. "It seems that the others have begun with their duels," Klein said. "Each one of us will defeat every single one of you. I'll draw. "I'll tribute Giant Soldier of Stone to summon Granmarg The Rock Monarch. A rock golem appears behind Klein with 2400 attack points. "Now his effect activates," Klein said. "When he's tribute summoned I can destroy a set card on your side of the field. I'll have him destroy the right card." Granmarg punches the face down destroying it. "Now Granmarg will do the same to Gagaga Magician with an attack," Klein said. "I'll activate Gagagashield," Kyle said. "This keeps a spellcaster-type monster on my side of the field from being destroyed by battle or card effects twice per turn." A maroon, yellow, and navy blue shield appears in Gagaga Magician's hand, and he puts it in front of him. "That doesn't matter," Klein said. "You'll still take the battle damage from this attack.”Granmarg hits the shield, and Gagaga Magician survives. "Argh," Kyle cried. Kyle's LP drops from 3000 to 2100. Gagaga Magician looks at Kyle as if concerned. "Don't worry," Kyle said. "I'm not out just yet." Kyle looks to his right and sees a red dragon descend. "What is that," Kyle asked. "So that's Star Eater," Klein said. "So that monster has chosen a master. Didn't think that was possible. I'll end my turn." "My turn, draw," Kyle said. "I'll summon Gagaga Sister." a little girl with white skin, blonde hair and blue eyes appears wearing a black shirt wearing a white robe, white skirt, and black boots. She has pinks bows tied at her waist and boots with skulls attack to the top of the knee high boots. She is also wearing a white and pink magician hat holding a wand in her hand. Gagaga Sister has 200 attack points. "When Gagaga Sister is normal summoned I can add a Gagaga spell or trap card from my deck to my hand," Kyle said. "I'll add the spell Gagaga Academy Emergency Network to my hand." The duel disk shuffles the deck, and Kyle takes the card sticking out, and adds it to his hand. "Now Gagaga Sister’s second effect activates. If I control another Gagaga monster, then her and that Gagaga monsters become the combined level of both monsters. Gagaga Magician is a level four, and Sister is a level two. Two plus four equals six." Gagaga Magician and Sister become level six monsters. "Now I'll overlay both monster, and build the overlay network," Kyle said while the monsters turn into orbs that flies into a vortex. "I'll XYZ summon Number 21: Frozen Lady of Justice." A white woman with silver eyes appears wearing a white and silver top with a white skirt white boots and white hair wielding a sword. Part of her white hair is made of ice. Frozen Lady of Justice has 500 attack points. She also has the number 21 on her upper left leg. "Frozen Lady of Justice gains 1000 attack points for each overlay material attached to her," Kyle said. Frozen Lady's attack rises from 500 to 2500. "Now she'll take out Granmarg The Rock Monarch," Kyle said. "That’s not going to happen," Klein said. "I'll activate Negate Attack. This card negates an attack, and ends the battle phase." Frozen Lady slashes a vortex that appears in front of Granmarg. Frozen Lady jumps back to Kyle's side of the field above her cards. "Seems like her having a little trouble with your deck," Klein said with a smile on his face. "I'll set on card on the field, and end my turn," Kyle said. A set card appears in Kyle's spell and trap zone. "My turn, draw," Klein said. "I'll activate Shrink. This card will take a monsters attack, and cut it in half." Frozen Lady's attack drops from 2500 to 1250. "Now I'll tribute Granmarg to summon my ace monster," Klein said. "Rise Granmarg The Mega Monarch." Granmarg grows taller and sturdier. "Not good," Kyle said. "A level eight monster that just needed one tribute." "That's because I was using a tribute summoned monster to summon him," Klein said. "Now his effect allows him to destroy up to two set cards." Granmarg destroys Kyle's set card. "That's not all," Klein said. "Since the monster used for his summon was an earth attributed monster I get to draw one card." Klein draws a card. "Now Granmarg will take down Lady of Justice. Granmarg hits and destroys Number 21: Frozen Lady of Justice. "Aahh," Kyle screamed while flying back a little bit. Kyle's LP drops from 2100 to 850. "I'll set a card, and that ends my turn," Klein said. Suddenly another Star Eater appears. "Impossible," Klein said. "How! Did Star Eater choose two instead of one duelist to wield his power?" Kyle struggles to stand. "My turn, draw," Kyle said. "I'll activate my Gagaga Academy Emergency Network. This card can only be activated when you control a monster and I don't. Then I can special summon a Gagaga monster from my deck. However, I can't special summon any monster except XYZ monsters. From my deck I'll bring out Gagaga Clerk." Kyle takes the card and plays it. A woman with white skin and green eyes with pink hair appears with 400 attack points. She is wearing a black top, and skirt with a whit cloak around her, and black boots, and white pantyhose. "Now I'll normal summon Gagaga Sister, and use her effect to add Gagagabolt to my hand," Kyle said. "Kyle takes the card and plays it.” I'm activating Gagagabolt, and use it to destroy Granmarg the Mega Monarch. Lightning appears in Clerk's hand and she uses it to destroy Granmarg. "No," Klein said. "How dare you take out my best monster, and why does your deck contain only Gagaga monsters. I looked over your duel record, and it was an XYZ deck with different monsters with different effects focused on XYZ summoning." "I changed it recently," Kyle said. "Ray gave me a box full of cards that could help me out. He said that he got a letter that I wrote years ago. At first Gagaga Magician was the only card that existed. I like his effect, so I wrote Ray's duel monster company, and gave them not only card names for the Gagaga's, but effects. Ray had those cards created, and he gave them to me. I have the first multiple copies of a lot of Gagaga monster, as well as spell and traps. However it is incomplete since they are still working on the other cards." "I see," Klein said. "That's why your deck is different." "Now I'll overlay the level two Clerk with the level two Sister to build the overlay network," Kyle said while his monsters turn into orbs that fly into a vortex. "I XYZ summon Sky Cavalry Centaurea.”A Centaur monster wearing full body white green and purple armor and helmet holding a lance in one hand and a shield in the other with wings attached to his back appears with two orbs of lights floating around him appears with 2000 attack points. "Now Sky Cavalry Centaurea will attack your life points directly.”Centaurea hits Klein with his lance. "Aaahhh," Kyle screamed. Klein's LP drops from 4000 to 2000. "I'll set one card and end my turn," Kyle said. "My turn, draw," Klein said. "I'll set a monster, and end my turn." A face down monster appears on Klein's field. "My turn, draw," Kyle said. "I'll summon Gagaga Magician." Gagaga Magician appears with 1500 attack points. "Next I'll use Call of The Haunted," Kyle said. "This card allows me to special summon a monster from the graveyard in attack mode. I'll summon another Gagaga Magician. Now the level four Gagaga Magician’s will build the overlay network." The monsters turn into orbs that fly into a vortex. "Here comes my ace in the hole," Kyle said. "I XYZ summon Number 39: Utopia. A man wearing full body white and yellow armor holding a dagger appears with 2500 attack points. The number 39 is on the left shoulder pad with two orbs of light floating around him. "Now I'll have Centaurea attack your face down monster," Kyle said. Centaurea attacks and the card is flipped face-up. The cards name is Moai Interceptor Cannons. Three heads made of stone that resemble the Easter Island statues appears with 2000 attack points. Moai Interceptor Cannons survive the attack. "Too bad," Klein said. "Looks like I'll survive a turn." "Now Centaurea's effect activates," Kyle said. "If this card battled an opponent’s monster. I can detach an XYZ material, and have the monster return to your hand." An orb of light disappears, and Centaurea creates a gust of wind that sends Moai back to Klein's hand. "No," Klein shouted. "I can't fail here." "Now Utopia will attack," Kyle said. "Go, Rising Sun Slash." Utopia uses his Dagger, and slashes Klein. "Aaahhh," Klein screamed. Klein's LP drops from 2000 to zero. Klein falls to the ground, and starts to fade. "Heheh," Klein laughed. "This is the price of failure, but this is far from over. Hope your friends can beat the others. Glory to the Six Grand Cardinals. Klein completing vanishes, and the Granmarg Mega Monarch card disappears. Kyle falls to his knees before he faints. Ray looks out the window of his mansion, and see's two Star Eaters in the distance. "No Way," Ray said. "How can this be? Did Star Eater choose two duelists to wield him instead of one?
